Richard Aulsebrook


Richard is a pioneer in Australian non-bank lending having a seasoned background in mortgage origination and securitization gained in the USA while working for, amongst others, Citibank CA, San Bernardino S&L and Century Park Financial Corporation Los Angeles. Since returning to Australia 33 years ago, he was founder and managing director of CMS Ltd Melbourne and instrumental in forging a strategic alliance with Australian Unity BS while growing a network of 102 licensed offices nationwide before embarking on a personalised executive financial services firm that caters to the needs of professional individuals, companies, and Trusts.

Today Richard is still very much hands on whilst maintaining an open calendar to meet the needs of seasoned and new borrowers alike.


Ashleigh Aulsebrook

Ashleigh has a strong passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through identifying their needs and building strategies to accomplish them. Along with a strong appreciation of finance and business development, she loves helping people use leverage as a tool to get ahead in investing and gaining confidence in life in general. Ashleigh comes with over 8 years experience in a management capacity of roles that require an elevated level of customer service and believes a hands-on approach, an open mind and a little bit of investment in yourself is important. 

Ashleigh has a Executive MBA from Swinburne University of Technology and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Sydney Mason

Senior Credit Analyst

Sydney commenced consulting to the Group in 2005 and assumed the role of Senior Credit Analyst in 2016. She has a degree in Business with a major in Accounting. Her previous roles were with major Australian and international banks and Savings and Loan institutions.

Sydney is able to analyse complex financial statements while seamlessly assisting salaried borrowers to achieve their goals and financial aspirations. Sydney recognises every client is different and has a unique ability to interpret complex financial information of both individuals, companies’ and trusts. As a result, she provides honest and integral advice to all of her clients which suit their personal situations first-hand and is a vital member  of our business model.


Joseph Street


Joseph has been involved in business at managerial level since 1998 and due to his effectiveness in managing, training, and motivating staff, is employed at Morgan & Brooks as Chief Information Officer. In this role since July 2014, Joseph is the company’s senior technology executive and has responsibility for all information systems and technology operations, including information technology strategy, application development, technology infrastructure, and business and technology operations. Being an avid trend market follower, along with his strong eye for detail, he has proven to benefit our clients directly by consistently keeping them updated with industry news that is relevant to their own personal needs and allow for a seamless application process. Joseph holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Griffith University and is currently completing his MBA with James Cook University.
