Morgan Brooks DIRECT is a Wholesale Non Bank Lender offering a wide range of Residential & Commercial Mortgage Products direct to the public. We are a Full Member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA) and Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL). We fully process, analyse, under take credit checks and assess the information you provide to us in respect of your mortgage loan applications. As a valued added service to our clients, we may from time to time market various mortgage product specials or the introduction of new mortgage products both Commercial and Residential. We believe that education and awareness of matters pertaining to the mortgage industry may be helpful to provide assistance to our clients, so from time to time we update our website with Links to a variety of information services. Information contained within any of the links to other websites is not information or views that are expressed by Morgan Brooks DIRECT nor maintained or updated by Morgan Brooks DIRECT.

Morgan Brooks DIRECT does not maintain the information nor related in any manner whatsoever to any third party links that may be included on our website from time to time. As part of the mortgage process and to enable us to maintain a successful business relationship with you, we may disclose your personal information with other organisations that provide products or services relative to the mortgage process or value added services offered to our clients. The types of organisations to which we are likely to disclose information about you may include other financial institutions, fund issuers-lenders, trustees, valuers, lenders mortgage insurers, surveyors, accountants, credit reporting agencies, and lawyers. We may also disclose your personal information to any other organization that may have or is considering having an interest in your loan, or in our business.

Updating your Personal Information
It is important to our relationship that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. During the course of our relationship we will ask you to inform us if any of your personal information has changed.
